Chris is a Co-Founder and Executive Director at Firm Power.
Chris is an experienced investor, company founder and senior renewables executive with 15 years of experience in the renewable energy industry developing, designing, constructing, >1GW of projects across Australasia. Chris brings strong experience in grid connection, engineering, and deal structuring.
Chris has led the development of over 1GW of large-scale BESS at Firm Power and developed and transacted over 600MW of PV projects as a Co-Founder and Executive Director of Terrain Solar.
Simon is a Co-Founder and Executive Director at Firm Power.
Simon is an experienced investor, company founder and senior renewables executive with a proven background in leading the origination, development, and financing of environmental projects. Simon brings deep expertise in early-stage project identification & development and investment partnerships.
Simon has led the development of over 1GW of large-scale BESS at Firm Power and developed and transacted over 600MW of PV projects as a Co-Founder and Executive Director of Terrain Solar.
Mike is a Non-Executive Director at Firm Power and was the first major investor in the Firm Power Group.
Mike has worked in sustainable energy since 2004 and in investment, asset management and finance for over 20 years with over AUD$3 billion of energy and infrastructure transaction experience across Europe, America & Africa.
Mike founded and led Blueshore Energy from its establishment in 2017 and founded and co-led renewable energy investment and asset management business Bluefield Group.
Nick is the Chief Executive Officer of Firm Power.
Nick is an experienced executive in the renewable energy industry with over 18 years of global experience in project development and EPC across SE Asia, Australasia and the Middle East. Nick brings strong experience in project finance, emerging markets and developing new product offers in the renewables industry.
Prior to joining Firm Power, Nick resided in Abu Dhabi as CEO of Stumpf Energy leading a multi-disciplinary team with offices in the Middle East, Europe, Thailand, and Philippines.
Duncan is the Chief Technical Officer at Firm Power.
Duncan is an experienced engineer and power systems specialist in the renewable energy industry with over 20 years of global experience in design, management, and integration of critical electrical infrastructure with power systems.
Prior to joining Firm Power, Duncan was Principal at international consulting firm Beca specializing in power transmission, distribution, and generation.
Marcus is the Chief Commercial Officer at Firm Power.
Marcus is an experienced commercial director in the renewable energy industry with over 15 years of global experience in all commercial aspects of development of energy storage and power systems.
Prior to joining Firm Power, Marcus was the Head of Energy Storage for RES Group, Senior Commercial Manager with Tesla Energy Products and General Manager, Power Systems with ZEN Energy.
Greg is the Head of Projects at Firm Power.
Greg is an experienced development professional in the renewable energy industry with over 6 years in renewable energy development and construction and 3 years as a chemical engineer in the oil & gas industry.
Prior to joining Firm Power, Greg was National Business Development Manager at Siemens and Project Development Engineer at RATCH.
James is a Principal Engineer with over 10 years’ experience in renewable energy and sustainability across Australia.
James has been involved with over 500 behind-the-meter generation projects; leading all aspects from project management to detailed design and onsite commissioning.
Before joining Firm Power, James previously served as a Head of Engineering at a leading Commercial and Industrial Solar firm, Todae Solar.
Christy is a Project Development Manager at Firm Power.
Christy has over 18 years of experience across renewable energy, infrastructure and resources sectors. Christy brings strong experiences in consulting, government and legal practice with having coordinated the approval of over 2GW of wind, solar and battery projects.
Prior to joining Firm Power, Christy held the role of Technical Director at NGH Pty Ltd.
Jung is a Project Engineer at Firm Power.
Jung is a renewable energy professional with 6 years’ experience in the industry, broadly across residential, off-grid and utility scale solar projects in various sales, service and project delivery functions.
Prior to joining Firm Power, Jung was a Customer Project Manager at SMA Australia.
Cerianne is a Project Origination Associate and a key part of the Origination team at Firm Power.
Cerianne has over 4 years of experience within the renewable energy sector.
Prior to joining Firm Power, Cerianne held the role of Senior Sales Operations Specialist at Array Technologies based in the UK.
Monika is the Office Manager at Firm Power.
Monika has over 6 years’ experience in providing a wide range of office support across different industries such as structural engineering, IT, legal and education.
Prior to joining Firm Power, Monika was a Project & Office Administrator and Executive Assistant at Fly Engineering and FES Consulting Engineers.
